HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
It's really easy! Just follow these 4 steps:
1. Make sure you're within 14 days from the date your order was received. If it's been past 14 days, you cannot return the item. Unfortunately, you do not get to proceed to the next step. (But, you can gift the item as a gift)
2. Email email@example.com with your name, items being returned, and order number.
3. Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice. You are responsible for shipping costs.
4. Ship the item(s) to the address below and you're good to go!

Once the item has been received, our Returns Department will contact you via email within 3-5 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
Once the return is received please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued.

Our Return Policy is strictly enforced.
If an item is not returned within the 14 day time frame, it is not eligible for a store credit or refund.
If the item appears to have been worn, it is not eligible for a store credit or refund.
Items may be out of stock. Playground Couture will make every attempt to contact you in the event of out of stock inventory.
Playground Couture is not responsible for return shipping costs.
